Reduce Dimension Mean 2D to 1D

원본 이미지 차원을 축소하는 알고리즘입니다. 축소된 차원의 평균값을 결과로 출력합니다.
2 알고리즘 상세 설명
IDst(x,0)=y=0∑Height−1HeightISrc(x,y)
IDst(0,y)=x=0∑Width−1WidthISrc(x,y)
- IDst(x,y) : 결과 이미지의 (x,y)위치 픽셀값
- ISrc(x,y) : 원본 이미지의 (x,y)위치 픽셀값
이미지의 x 또는 y 차원을 평균값을 기반으로 축소시킵니다.
